I have lived at St. Andrews for almost 3 years and have had no real problems. The apartments are very nice- They are pretty new. The only problem with the kitchen is that there is no microwave-- which most new apartments have. The water pressure isn't great, but once I bought a new showerhead the problem was cleared up. I have never had a problem with parking or safety at the apartment. We have 3 gates, and for the most part, they are always working. The leasing office staff is great. They always put on pool parties or activities at local clubs and give out free drinks, food, and prizes like discounted rent, etc. My rent is a bit high. When I moved in I got a free month but with each of my 2 renewals, after even asking for a deal, we were given only $50 off one month-- They could do a little better for loyal customers!! The mail sucks-Sometimes I don't even get my bills, and many times the mail station is littered with people's mail on the ledge because it was delivered to the wrong box. Besides that, it is a great place to live and you can't beat the location!!
