We were definitely fooled into renting at this overpriced dump. Within a few weeks we saw huge roaches and rodents. The office didn't see anything wrong with raising our rent despite our bringing these things to their attention. The gate is often broken allowing access to anyone outside of the community. Our carpet had recurrent dirt (mold') patches that would never clear despite constant cleaning. The office staff is sweet but clueless!!! Had I known then what I know now I would never have chosen St. Andrews.
