Very rude staff. They made my life hell!
I moved out months ago but did not break my lease because I did not want to give them the satisfaction of getting 3 months worth of rent for nothing. Thats how much I hate them. Everytime you turn, you are getting charged a fee. Just a very bad experience. My car just kept getting banged up by inconsiderate tenants when they open their doors. I had to take it to a shop just to fix the dents and paint when their doors would hit my car. Lots of noisy kids. Exercise room stinks, business center leaves a lot of room to be desired- very slow dial-up.

The office staff is really nice. Several people there bent over backwards to make us happy when we first moved in, and they've been great since as well. I don't know who you talked to, but I don't think they're there anymore.
