There are WAY better deals in Dunwoody

I initially chose this apartment complex because of the location, but there were significant problems with it from the beginning. I had a major leakage in my bathroom ceiling which took them almost a month to fix when I first moved in. This should have been resolved before they even rented the place out!
In general, the office staff is rude and unhelpful once you are a resident. The facilities are also grossly inadequate - half the time the gates are broken, they do not replenish basic supplies in the workout room, and the "business center" has one dial-up connection that is usually not even working.
Also, the rent for this complex is more expensive because, apparently, it falls into a desirable school district. I have no kids and did not know this coming in, otherwise, I would have looked around a bit more for a better deal. I am moving into another apartment complex in Dunwoody that has much better customer service (they got good reviews on this web site and that says a lot), and it also is a MUCH better value. I am getting almost 400 more sq. feet of space for just $100 extra a month! St. Andrews' management does not give their residents any incentive to stay once the lease term is over. Do yourself a favor and pass on this property.
