I have lived at St Andrews for 1.5 years out of necessity. From the moment I signed the lease, they had mislead me on the apartment, the "secured" gates have been broken for 80% of my time there. If you get a package delievered to the office, no one calls to tell you. Young kids - teenagers, sneak in the middle of the night to the pools in the summer. LOTS OF KIDS, dented cars. Maintenance requests- they never "get them" unless you call during office hours. My hot water has gone out about 4-5 times, my linoleum floors are gross since I moved in (just old) and the people who painted my place got paint all over the floors and mirrors etc. Caulking is bad too. Overall, I would never recommend it and I have never seen the staff as incredibly friendly. They do not run a tight ship there. HORRIBLE
