I agree with one of the previous reviews that the staff seems LOVELY when they are showing you around but once you move in it's a whole different story!!! They are terrible. I have a family and there is no place for children to play, cars are always speeding through the lots, repairs to the apts are slow, parking is terrible, my car was dinged several times and sap drips from some of the trees onto the cars. In addition our AC broke about 4 times in 8 months! The school district is good but not worth it. We had a 3rd floor apt and noisy PARTY neighbors 2 floors down but the sound travelled...

When our lease was up they wanted to charge us $150 more a month while another neighbor in the same apt negiotiated $35 a month more. Same apt, same original rent price... This sums up how shady the staff really is.
