Awful - Don't do it From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/9/2008 Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2008   The management here is awful. Unable to take responsibility for anything that goes on here. The gate locking system has been broken since we moved in (over 4 weeks ago) and they keep saying it will be fixed soon. Meanwhile we have to live in an ungated community where people can come and go as they please using the facilities that are supposed to be resident only. It's not just the gate system, the knock on is that we can't access the fitness centre operated by the same system!! Apartment space is good & it does include washer and dryer - but be warned the second bedroom comes without a light fixture - which to me is like selling me a car with no steering wheel! Don't get packages sent to you here either. We have had 2 packages sent as 'surprises' - well they sat in the office for over 2 weeks ...... but the flowers looked pretty on the office desk!! Agree with other contributors, the noise is terrible. You can hear everything that goes on in the apartments around you. Basically it appears to me that they are all about the sell and then don't care when you are living there ..... unless you are a few days late with the rent of course! PAY A LITTLE EXTRA AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.
