St. Andrews at Perimeter

I lived here from January 2007 through December 2007. I never had a problem with crime or maintenance. Our apartment never really had any maintenance issues. My roommate complained that his bathroom smelled all of the time, but I am not sure that was the apartments fault. I never had any problems with the office staff. They were always very nice and helpful. Some miscommunication happened when we moved in: we were promised half off of our first months rent, but when we moved in that was no longer in place. However, at the time we were promised that deal, we were planning on renting a 3 bedroom instead of a 2. The management agreed to still allow us the half off the 1st month rent even though we had to change to a different bedroom floorplan which was great of them. I think they are even nicer apartments since we have moved out because they were updating them when we left. The only complaint I had about the property was with the other residents. Being a single, white, male, in my 20's i was hoping for a little younger crowd. there are a lot of families and we got stuck in a building with mostly indian people. just not my type of people to hang out with and try to get to know. overall though a nice place.
