I have lived there for a few months now. Over all its ok as with every place it has its pros and cons. Here s an overview: they are currently remodeling many of their buildings by adding new appliances and hardwood floors (very nice). They are in the process of remodeling the entire complex as well and its a time consuming process ugh! The people are pretty nice and friendly. A large population of the tenants are Indian families just an fyi. This place is more family orientated and if you re looking for a young professional environment this is not the place for you.

I ll start with the cons the gym has old machines, some of them do not work very well, gates are always broken, it s an old apt complex so you can hear your neighbors sometimes, no elevators (but think of it was a great leg and butt exercise). Those 18 million traffic lights can be murder driving on Ashford Dunwoody. Biggest con ROACHES, ROACHES, ROACHES. If you don t clean you will find them inside your apt Another one are spiders on trees, branches, bushes, and running into spider webs are the worst especially at night. They need to spend more money on pesticide PLEASE!!!!! *hint *hint

Pro s: It s a decent apt complex, close to the malls/ shopping, restaurants, and businesses (Wal-Mart within walking distance hahaha), 2 pools, several grilling areas outside, new appliances, nice neighbors, many dog owners both large and small breeds (if only they had a dog area) * hint *hint if you reading this management people. They also have get-togethers a few times a month (ie book clubs, ESOL, movies).

I have not dealt with the front office very much so I have no opinion on them as of yet The apt's new name is Jefferson at Perimeter

I haven't ever had a problem with roaches or spiders - but the ants are worse here than any place I've ever lived.

I'm pretty sure they do have a "pet area" like at EVERY SINGLE BUILDING since I live here and have 2 dogs. I've already asked if we can get a dog park or something but they said they can't because of insurance reasons. There is Brookerun park right donw the street though.
