Staff does not really know what they are doing. One person says some thing and other says some thing else at one time they have diffenet rates for the same unit ,
for the existing residents they just want to keep increasing the rent , even want them to move out so that they can renovate and sell it for more money where as recently I noticed that renovated unit similar to mine has been given on a less rent than even I am paying which is still not renovated.

Though location is great and residents are friendly , if the management becomes more carefull and thoughtful of the residenst who are already staying here it will be a great place to live. Some of the staff members are very helpful though.

i guess you didnt have roaches in your apt?

I have also noticed that the office seems disorganized and no one seems to know anything about what the other person is doing. But overall it has been and still is a great place to live - even with the rent increases due to the renovations, the rent here is lower than nearby comparable properties, and the renovations are nice! Oh - and no, I've never seen a roach in my apartment either.

Agree. Office staff disorganized. Have to call multiple times and explain your situation multiple times to different staff to get anything fixed.
