I recently visited the property as my friends lived there, but was shocked to see their rates at 1100-1200 for 2 bedrooms , where as I found bigger apartment next door (Crossing as well Windsor) at 980 with my this month free. I would have loved to move into Jefferson and even paid little more around 1050 as I liked the property over all and wanted to stay close to my friends.
Jefferson should match the pricing in this economy rental are going so down every where else they have to understand the fact.

I do agree with you regarding the rates, but I do want to say that leasing and Maintaince staff is really great at Jefferson I am here for last couple of years. Though I also wanted to move in to bigger appartment and they cooudl not offer a good rent as compared to the others in area , but I still plan to continue my stay here in the existing appartment itself because of the friendly nature of the staff. I have always felt secure/safe and felt like home here Mostly family people stay here you can walk at mid night without any problems. The down side is the Management is not taking care of Fitness room or Business center it in a bad to worse situation in last 3-4 years so I strogly aggree with you Management needs to change their pricing policy and also take care of basic ammenties like business center and fitenss room
