St. Andrews now Jefferson at Perimeter sucks, St. Andrews was great, but J.P.I. management bought out the complex and things started going downhill FAST!! the management and office staff are awful, they don't care, uneducated on the complex, they can't answer questions, the manager does nothing about trouble tenants, don't warn offenders, don't evict repeat offenders. repairs are not made properly or in a timely manner. tenant's dogs do their business on the parking lot, front office doesn't care, illegal parking, front office doesn't care, people making noise blasting stereo, front office doesn't care, rent goes up a lot every year if you resign your lease, new tenants coming in are less than acceptable. "gated community" gates are always broken. cars getting broken into, wheels stolen, no one cares. you have to call the police to get anything taken care of, the courtesy officer does nothing. they are replacing carpet with hardwood flooring, NOISY!! children playing in the parking lots, hitting cars with balls, rocks, etc, front office doesn't care. there isn't enough parking for the tenants, so if someone has a party or gathering, good luck finding a spot. there are 2 dogs that roam the complex for the past 2 years, one bit 2 people and still lives there.

sounds like a lot of hear say - but I'm sure you never do anything that disturbs others right?

nope, 100% honest. I am the perfect apartment dweller, quiet and keep to myself.
