Everything notated in that review is 100% true...a few additional items to add are the pool is always out of commission, the fitness center is and the business center was shut down for at least 8 months. The place is GARBAGE since becoming Jefferson at Perimeter. I will say as someone with children that if you live here, yes, expect to see them and since there's no play area just a "baby/toddler" playground, the kids must improvise. Now I don't play that hitting other cars and not being reprimanded but hundreds of children live here and need to be able to play. In any case, the complex is no good so think twice before spending your hard earned money. Staff is the worst!!!! Just foolish, uneducated, hypocritical and more..I've spoken to 3 different leasing agents incl the mngr (Jennifer) on one day about the same issue and they all speak to a different conclusion...Lord have mercy! I'm moving out asap since my lease is coming up!!!
P.S. Thank goodness for my garage as these other posts are correct. Parking sucks!

Maybe the pool wouldn't be closed if NASTY people weren't messing it up. I have seen residents in that pool doing things that YOU would NOT want to swim after - maybe that's why it was closed? Maybe the business center would stay open if people like you didn't STEAL everthing in it and break it all. Don't realize it's the residents that live there that make this place the way it is??? No one respects anything.
