Wow, where do I start'' Well, first off, it's not called St. Andrews. Smart because the management at Jefferson at Perimeter know that they have a chance that you won't read all of these aweful ratings if they don't update the name on this website. I lived there for a year and while it was ok starting out, it turned out to be the absolute WORST renting experience in my life! Don't let them trick you into thinking that they are all about people and community. They are only looking to steal your money and threaten your credit through bulls*!t. Jefferson at Perimeter is owned by a company called JPI - they are freaking liars and criminals. On their website, they say that they value integrity and putting the customer first (BULLS*!T). After giving them 3 (I repeat THREE) written notices that we were not going to renew the lease, they claimed AFTER I gave them the keys that they did not have anything on file! Can you believe that''' I still have on my computer the actual file that I typed and gave them. I even had a leasing agent vouch for me saying that she remembers me coming in multiple times MONTHS ago. So, they slapped me with a failure to give written notice fine around $3000. And when I said that I would just pay for 3 more months of rent at market value, they said that it was too late because I had given them the keys. How convenient for them!!! So, they sent that fine to a collections agency who threatened to destroy my credit if I didn't pay up. Wow, integrity and customer service. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED - DO NOT LIVE HERE (unless you enjoy getting scammed and screwed over).
