Mostly excellent...

Going on my second year and the only negative things I can say would be that the upkeep could be better (elevators and hallways). Seems to be one culprit hellbent on carving grafitti into the elevator walls....Otherwise the place is perfect ...except for a water pump problem that kept the water off during the day for like two months (during business hours). I was not really affected..(Thank goodness I could just go to my health club when it was off or else I would probably have a different opinion)...Very quiet except for hearing the water pipes or when someone flushes...but you do not hear any noise at all from your neighbors - at all! Very rare in this town...There has been some theft and car break-ins in the parking garage but every single bldg. in Atlanta suffers from that...must be the same thugs moving systematically from bldg. to bldg....so I can't blame this bldg. per se. The units themselves are high quality, some have jacuzzi style tubs (mine does of which I never use but looks great), huge kitchens - with room for washer dryer. The bldgs. courtyard and lobby are first class - very tasteful. Neighbors are mostly all very professional, educated and friendly people. Staff has been nothing but excellent. Requests have always been handled within the day. Location can't be beat. If you have the money this is one of the best places you'll find in the Midtown/Atlanta area.
