I have lived here a year and am doing a vigorous apartment search. I can't seem to find a better place to live. The residents are nice. The location can't be beat (you can walk to the park or the High). The specials are always 2-3 months free. The courtyard is breathtaking. Maintenance is excellent (except when it comes to graffiti). Check it out. I love it here.
