I have lived at the sterling for quite some time, but have recently moved. The building is in ruin. Broken Elevators weekly, Flooding on lower floor. As with a lot of people in life the new office staff and building offers ?great looks on the outside, but honestly its what on the inside that counts?. Right' We pay for parking, and get no security as other communities offer for free. The lower level parking is rented to people that work near by. Walk into the office and see a staff that is courteous, and helpful. I would be to keep the building full and my job, but I would offer the same respect to my previous residents which they DO NOT. Don't expect a quick response to Maintenance problems. On move out I still did not have an appliance fixed which I request to be fixed 4 weeks earlier. The maintenance staff does there best, but apparently a priority list comes from the high level. Enough from me. Just save yourself and don't rent here. Condo'
