I have lived here 2 1/2 years (since the bldg. opened) and have nothing but positive things to say. Beautiful bldg., the upkeep has improved since Pat (new property manager) has taken over. Never hear any noise from other units, plenty of parking for guests - which is unique for this area. The other tenants are all polite, upscale and friendly. The location is great. Bldg. has become an icon for the area, really stands out from the cookie cutter bldgs. that plague Atlanta architecture. Yes, cars are broken into periodically but if you've ever lived anywhere in Atlanta you know this happens everywhere, has nothing to do with this bldg. - except that you might find nice cars inside. Staff is professional, very responsive. After having lived in a good number of high-end bldgs., this is by far one of the best kept secrets in Atlanta - if you can afford it.
