This is probably the best location in Atlanta. Within walking distance of great restaurants, nightlife and museums. You really can't hear neighbors. That was a pleasant surprise.

However, like many others have stated, the staff is most concerned about gathering new tenents. My car has been broken into twice and a friends once. The staff's reaction to the break-ins had been little more than flippant. We pay way too much for the lack of security.

I've lived in many apartments and know what to expect. The maintence to resident ratio is way too low. Requests may take over a week to complete.

Overall, it all depends on what you're looking for. The location can't be beat, but the lack of security isn't worth the money we pay.
