Rent at Sterling is totally OVERPRICED. Yes, it is a great location, but staff is rude and condescending, 1st floor aparts are floaded every times it rains. Pools is tiny and barely sees any sun. Gym is as big as a shoe box. Maintenance IS a real problem. Oh and.. check out the pet fee!! HILARIOUS.

I am looking to rent in the Midtown area, and I just looked at Sterling; The location is perfect, and the actual apartments look very nice. I have just read the negative reviews, and I would love to hear recommendations for other comparable complexes. We have not seen very many apartments in the midtown area (preferrably north of 5th St)... Please help.

Keep looking. There are plenty of others with more space, for less money, that are just as convenient.
