Must have changed...

We moved in at the end of August...and things must have changed since some people wrote their reviews on here...I have never found the office staff to be anything but courteous. They always actually care about what problems we're having, and the maintenance staff, although they have to work overtime to keep up with whiny residents, do everything they can as fast as they can and actually come back to check and see how everything's going. I heard that there have been break-ins, but only two in the last couple months...which seems like a huge improvement from before. The carpets in the halls are cleaned weekly, as well as elevators and parking decks. The reason they smell is some tenants make a mess on the late-night weekends...if you read between the lines.
Yes, they rent out the lower parking deck, which is a security risk...but they might as well make some money off of it--the top deck doesn't get filled up. But you do have to pay for parking for your own car, and twice as much for a second car. That is my major complaint.
The floorplans are open and airy, and the neighborhood is great. Not once have I felt unsafe living in this building. Annoyed, maybe, but that's because of partiers...which are everywhere you would live anyway, not because of the office staff. The staff hosts fantastic community events--usually gourmet brunches or dinners with a live chef. Our lease is up in August, so I'll update then again. I just wanted to defend this property, because I actually enjoy living here, and it's people like those who have posted negative comments that make it a not-so-nice place to live.
