SATP is totally overpriced. Maintenance is a problem. Staff is rude & offensive. Parking expensive, unsafe, and yes, your car will be ruined by various leaks. Dogs do their thing in elevators and common areas. They seriously need to lower their rates because current $ rent is not justified. Don't move here!
