I have lived here almost two years and think it is one of the best places to live in Atlanta. The location is great - you can walk to Piedmont Park and all of the restaurants on Juniper St. There is tons of parking and I have never felt unsafe in the parking garage late at night(though there have been some break-ins recently.) The walls are very thick and I rarely ever hear my neighbors at all. The maintenance staff is great and the leasing staff is always very nice and helpful. The residents here are most young professionals and very friendly. My only complaint is the elevator situation - they are very slow and broken pretty often. Other than tha, I would highly recommend living here at Sterling at the Park.
