We've been at the Sterling for 5 months and are having trouble finding a condo to buy that we like as much as the apartment we have here. I'm beginning to think this place is a well kept secret. If you can, try to get a unit that overlooks the courtyard. It's really pretty but noise can be an issue. There is some college dorm behavior at times, the parking lot has had break-ins and the gym is a waste but beyond all that, the Sterling is a really nice place to live.
