Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
Parking becomes a disaster when the renters hold parties, which is most often. The parties also can become very noisy. Speeding in the complex is also a major problem, you need to be extremly careful just walking to your car. However, the actual apartments are very nice and well built. The buildings and scenery are beautiful. The appliances are also wonderful. There is ample porch space! The Cyber Cafe' is awesome right before work!
