If you ever want to have company over don't move here

I moved in this complex when it first opened. It was the Reserve at Druid Hills back then. The apartments are good sized but not the best utilization of the space. The grills by the pool that were so nice to have when we first moved in are rarely working and are potentially dangerous if you try to lite them with a lighter since the ignitors are never working. The biggest problem however is the parking situation. When they designed the complex they did not create enough room for parking. They recently implemented parking passes but there are only 12 spots left for visitors. In other words there is about 1 visitor spot per 14 or more apartments. They will be towing those without a pass. If you can deal with this the apartments are newer and pretty nice but the parking situation was the last straw for me. We moved a month after the letter was sent out about the parking passes.
