When the property was owned by The Reserves, it was a wonderful place to live.
There is a construction issue with the balconies, which is not Gables fault. Their fault lies with how they are handling the situation. Our balconies have been unaccessible for over 2 weeks and no knowledge of when they will be available to us again. They have given one weeks concession for the "inconvenience". However, that is not enough considering the noise and mess that we have to endure, for how long''''''
The overall grounds are kept ok, but for those of us living on the backside, it is disgusting!!! The posted hours of operation mean nothing. I have twice in a month gone to the leasing office 15 to 30 minutes prior to closing and all the doors were locked. They do not enforce their own rules, except when it is convenient or when one has made numerous complaints. In reality the only thing that accomplishes is that you are called a complainer by the management. The parking situation is a nightmare. That in itself is a prime example of how they do not enforce their own rules.
