Gables management is all about money and not about customer service. They suffer from constant turn over in managers, maintenance, and office staff. Parking for residents is terrible because of the constant flow of visitors on the property who take all the resident parking. How does Gables address the problem' They once again institute a new revised parking policy by putting stickers on resident??s cars then they switch managers and the policy is never followed through. Summer has arrived and there is dog crap all over the property and on the weekend there are private pool parties full of non-residents but Gables does nothing to address these issues. Instead rule abiding, good residents suffer. The apartments are nice but the management company has a lot to be desired.
