I have lived here for about 4 months now and I really don't have any complaints. I have only had one maintenance request since I moved in and it was responded to the same day. Parking is not the best, but you can always find a spot somewhere. I have had several guests over who have made comments about how nice my apartment is. The insides are great. The location is ok as long as you dont drift over to Buford Highway. It is right on I85 but you really don't hear any traffic noise because the property sits way back off the interstate. I would say move here. It has been good for me.

I can see the interstate from my balcony and there is traffic noise constantly.
