I am a new resident to this apartment. They do not have enough space for parking - this means you cannot invite anybody for dinner on any (week/weekend) days. Gables charges so much of rent without building a parking lot. There are good apartments in this area with better parking space for cheaper space. Office staffs are very rude.

I have been a resident for 6 months and I have visitors over frequently and have never had a parking problem. There are tons of parking spots that are marked GUEST. Its not that hard to figure out. Perhaps, your guest are a little too lazy to walk more than 10 feet. I think the office staff is great! They have been very helpful to me. I guess you can't please everyone.

WOW .... if tons of guest parking why did a delivery company with my furniture get booted and still no furniture??? atlga25 must work in the office or is BLIND . BIGGEST joke to live or deal with here @ Gables Druid Hills. Dave P Floyd

There are no spots marked "Guest" they are marked "Visitor" and there are NOT enough visitor parking spaces. Somewhere around 85% of the visitor spots are taken up by people who LIVE in the apartments but are NOT on the lease and therefore are not eligible for a decal. The parking situation blows and will probably be moving out of this complex for this reason.
