Live here and you will live to regret it. The management lures you in with nice this and nice that but soon after you move in you will become aware of how rapid those things turn ugly and you're at the mercy of a signed lease PRISONCAMP. Guests cars and sometimes your own vehicles booted. Walls are paper thin-- no privacy-- people walking thier dogs right by your bedroom window. My roomate and I had a major flood from a overflowing toilet carpet was ruined and they were going to try to clean it instead of putting new down. Took them over three weeks for this to happen cause someone was on vacation. We had to move of all our own furiture outside for them to put carpet down. We asked for compesation for this (1 months free rent)they said new carpet was our compesation. Management is terrible but they are just acting on what they are told to do from THE BIG BOSS over on Paces Ferry. I have since moved and been set free or so I thought until I got a ugly little letter in the mail from thier attourney suing me 2100 dollars for some walls that did'nt get painted back does'nt seem fair does it'

Let me address the issues discussed in your review:
1. Booting: Management has made it perfectly clear what the parking policy is at this complex. There is a sign at the gate indicating that vistiors must park in VISITOR parking. Further, management has expressed that you must have a decal on YOUR car if you do not want it to get booted. If you have a rental car you or for some reason you do not have a decal you must park in VISITOR parking. I do not agree with this policy (I believe management should make temporary parking passes available in instances of a rental car) but it is what it is.
2. Management: I agree that management is not the best. It used to be better when Katherine was the manager but those days are gone. I usually don't deal with "management" instead dealing with Christina on a regular basis. She is EXTREMELY helpful and has been nothing but nice to me (even when I have been stressing out about an issue I have had). I don't know who you are talking about dealing with over at Paces Ferry, but I have dealt with upper management before and have had great results.
3. Dog Walking: As a dog owner, I am sorry if I had to walk my dog outside of your apartment. However, there really aren't any great areas for walking dogs in this apartment complex and us dog owners have to make the best of it. However, if people are not picking up after their dogs outside of your apartment, I understand your disgusts. As a responsible dog owner I clean up after my pet and get extremely irritated by those who do not. I have talked to the office manager about this and basically has said that there is nothing they can do. If I were a maintenance person I would not want to pick it up, but perhaps this is one of the responsibilities you sign up for when you become a maintenance worker at an apartment complex.
4. Painting of walls: In your lease agreement it probably states that you must return the walls to their original color (or at least prime them). This is your fault if you did not follow the lease agreement. You shouldn't be a negligent consumer just because you believe that the complex management is negligent.
I would not say that this is the greatest complex in the world but for the location and the price, I really can't complain. And for the record, I'm not management but I have lived in this complex for three years.
