This apartment complex is probably the worst I have lived in. The visitor parking is horrible. I have had several friends booted b/c all of the visitor spots are taken. I can hear everything my neighbor upstairs is doing. He is VERY loud and even burnt out a light in my kitchen from stomping around. He will keep his dogs out on the balcony and when he gets home he will wash the pee from the deck which pours onto my balcony.

I will be moving out when my lease ends and I haven't heard from anyone in management asking if I want to renew. Don't most complexes write you a letter with the new market price of the apartment and ask if you want to renew' My lease ends in less than a month and I still haven't heard anything!

I do not feel safe in this apartment complex. I had maintenence ask me one day when I was getting into my car what apartment I lived in. I did not call any service in. Why did they want to know where I lived' I lied and told them a different apt. number. I was very creeped out by that.

Overall, I would not recommend the apartment complex to any of my friends.

This apartment complex was just sold to a new management company and so I am not sure what that is going to mean for the property exactly. Hopefully it means that some of the issues (such as parking) will be resolved. As far as your neighbor and dog issues...I had this happen to me at another apartment complex. The complex can't really do anything but what YOU can do is call animal control and they will come and take the dogs. As a dog onwer it upsets me to see people treat their animals like this and cause problems for the neighbors. Sometimes you just have to take matters into your own hands to get the problem resolved. If you can't get anywhere with the neighbor or the complex, its time to take it to the next level and call the authorities.

Too add to my original complaint, maintenance entered my apartment without my knowledge and the reason why I know this is there was a work order on my countertop when I got home. I never called in anything for maintenance. On the work order it said I called in because my garbage disposal wasn't working which it was working fine. I'm not sure why they entered or if management was checking out my apartment since I am already moved out? I'm a little sketched out about the whole situation.
