I have lived here for 5 years. I recently signed my lease for another year which I was not going to do as long as the property was under the Gable management. Stone Creek management and staff are wonderful. They are working on new amenities and incentives for the renters. The property looks much better since the change of management and they still are working on improvements.
I understand some new amenities may be added in the future such a dog run, apartment cleaning services, and continental breakfast in the lobby.
The parking garages are reasonable to alleviate the parking issue. Many floor plans are available including the lofts and wooden and concrete floors.
The location with easy access to 85 is one of the reasons I first moved here.
My neighbors are friendly and it seems the new management is striving for more of a small community live style than just apartment living.
I highly recommend Stone Creek at Druid Hills.

This is clearly a review from someone that works inside the office! Who starts naming what kind of floor plans they have? Are you just helping them sell apts or really trying to write an honest review about the community!??!!!
