I have live in Atlanta for 19 years, 12 of which were in 6 different apartments. I must say of all the communities I've lived in, this one is by far the very best. That is since the new management took over. I moved here back in July of 2007, when it was The Gables @ Druid Hill, which was just an awful experience. In April of 2008 I was really about to pay to break my lease, just as the new management was taking over. I had a talk with the new manager, who by the way is a breath of fresh air. She is a truly genuine, honest, straight to the point type of person. She asked me to give them a chance to earn my trust with the new management. I told her I would stick it out one more month. I saw a difference within the first 3 weeks. The on site security was much more visible, the maintenance team was much more responsive, the property was maintained so much better, and there were events and parties thrown for the residence. It was really too good to be true, and honestly I thought it was just for the time being to gain the trust of the residence, then they would go to the same lack luster ways of the previous management. Well, to this day things are still great and have gotten even better. I'm really impressed with this management team, especially the property manager. She promised satisfaction and she delivered much more then that, she delivered peace of mind and I don't mind paying my hard earned money each month. Coming home now is actually the highlight of my day. When I leave out for work I can stop by the office and pick up breakfast. How great is that' I feel like I live in a upscale community for the rich and famous.
