I've been a resident for four years now and my lease is up for renewal. I do plan on renewing. I'm pretty happy with the upkeep of the community since the new company stepped in. The gates are always working now, unlike before. One day I left out to get lunch and noticed the barrier arm was broken. When I returned from lunch the arm was repaired. I was very impressed. The Grounds are maintained and this was never the case before. Especially the breezeway, they were never cleaned or hosed down. Now the little guy uses a machine to clean the concrete in the breezeway and blow and clean cobwebs.
I recently went into the office to share my concern with one area that seemed darker at night. The next day I saw the Manager with Georgia Power pointing out the areas I discussed with her and the next thing I know he was painting the areas where I'm assuming they are adding lights. The manager is a straightforward lady and seem fair. She is often speaking with the tenants and walking the grounds. She passes out letters too don't get me wrong, she will address a concern with you in a heart beat. She does not discriminate. One day I was out with my dog and I did not have a leash on my dog. When I saw her I ran into the house. She politely walked upstairs to my unit. She said now you can run but you can't hide. You know you must have your dog on a leash when leaving your apartment. She said can I have your word this won't happen again' Of course I said yes, I was wrong I won't let it happen again, then she turned around and gave my dog a treat. She actually had treats on her FUNNY RIGHT'
