Here is the deal...I use to live there and when I left the ghetto was coming. They had someone in the office that would let anyone in w/o a credit check. Then came the crack pipes...catch my drift' So I moved...Now the cops are called weekly and arrests are made...How do I know..because I am friends with a cop that works in the precinct. The place is 4 years from 40 years old. That is the facts again. Now here is another deal. The place is going to be sold and torn down and replaced to get better type of clientele..you know what I mean...The whole Vinings area are converting apartments to get rid of the low lifes because of their credit they will not be able to buy and have to move back to College Park, Decatur and Stone Mountain where they should be in the first place.

pretty much the way I feel buddy. Im ready to get the heck out of this place. And I wouldnt doubt for two seconds that this "renter629" person works for them and is trying to help them out, that or they have never lived somwhere that actually doesn't suck.

Im not exactly sure, but I believe your comment has alot of undertones. I hate Stoneridge, but I've neer seen any arrest or "crack pipes", and they have credit checks and you have to even make a certain amout to move in, so ur very ignornant and don't know what your talking about. i hope that you have moved to a place that has more of the "clientele", that your lookin for, but word to the wise, the "low lifes" your refeering to, are taking over Atlanta, so get ready to move again.
