Get what you pay for From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/14/2006 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2006   There is ample parking which is one plus. One of the apatments buildings got damaged due to a storm over a year ago. The apartment complex has done nothing to try and fix this. This is indicitative of the general apathy of the management team. There has been major turnover at this place in the last two years and I have lived there for almost four years. It is my belief that they are trying to milk out all of the money that they can from this apartment in it current state. On the plus side the rent is very reasonable and you can get a lot of room for your rent. The clientele is very sketch and I have seen the police arresting people in the complex numerous times. There are also alot of kids who rome around seemingly unsupervised. Overall the apartments are not well maintained and in particular the maintenance staff is particularly bad and will have to be called several times for them to fix anything. I would not recommend this place unless you are looking for a cheap rate.
