Ample parking, 2 swimming pools. Good size apartments and excellent location. Yeah, these are old apartments so this isn't Post. Don't expect it. I haven't had any maintenance issues so I can't comment on that. I walk in my rent every month and the office staff is friendly and professional. The only issue I've had is sometimes when I go to take a shower the water initially comes out brown. Within 15 seconds it clears up. So I wait a few seconds before I hop in the shower. Big deal! They've worked on the water mains in the complex twice in the last couple months and it seems to be happening less.
