ranfan you obviously work for the Conner group. i am currently a resident and the water bill was high to begin with at $43 per month. It increased to almost $70 per month and you have to mail your bill out of state or be charged to pay online....ridiculous. I have a family member that has a 5000 sq ft house and her
Aside from that you have to take your trash to the trash compactor likely far away from your apartment and you get charged for that too !
The hill this place sits on is infested with roaches and at night if you look down you will see them running out of your way on your sidewalk. Yes, they get in too, when they want to.
The only option for pest control is spray, which is harmful to the residents health.
Maintenance requests are ignored unless it is serious. I have requested some things 3 times.
We will see how much they try to go up on my rent at the end of my lease, we will likely move anyway.
The swimming pool is not maintained and would probably have failed any random inspection throughout the summer. Nasty pool.
Parking is not guarenteed and you might have to park far from you home.
Overall a dissapointment.

Obviously you've had a bad experience. I just go to work, come home eat, watch tv what ever and never any issues. As long as my bills are paid I don't care. I don't work for the Connor Group. I work for a company called Buddy Lee Entertainment. I do lighting for Miranda Lambert, Hilary Duff, Hannah Montana, and Kelly Clarkson. So I am not dissappointed. Rent is cheap and you know the pools were randomly checked I saw the Cobb County Inspection report in the office when I renewed. And you know the roaches are just looking for water. Go to my place in Tennessee ,we have to shake our shoes in the morning because of scorpions. So it could be worse.
