Dont even bother..find somewhere else From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/29/2008 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008   Ive lived here now for 2 years. My lease is up in June and Im counting the days to move out. Once the apartment complex switched new management the trouble came. Maintenance has been in my apartment every 3 weeks to the point that they know me and my husbands names. We have had plumbing issues, rodent issues, and recently a major power surge and our got a couple of our appliances damaged. The rent may seem cheap but you get what you pay for and the rent is constantly going up along with the utilities. Dont do it to yourself. Spray yourself the headache and go somewhere else.
