This 'community' needs some serious help. The management was generally a severe pain to deal with, and the place is old. Very old. Dilapidated is the word that comes to mind, the place is actually falling down around our ears. Our apartment had roof leakage problems, mold problems, and appliances from the 20's; none of these problems seemed to be of any importance to the management.

You can live here if you want- the rent is cheap, but remember that you get what you pay for.
