Living in Stone Creek Apartments is a living "HELL". The building is falling apart. Very old wood, chipped cement, railings are shaking, garage in the back yard and on the grounds, "MOLD INFESTATION", "ROACHES INFESTATION", and "ANTS INFESTATION". This subdivision was "CONDEMNED" and I have no idea how it passed inspection. I wouldn't tell my worst enemy or a homeless person to move to Stone Creek Apartments. Too much vandalism and theft to peoples vehicles and apartments, and plenty of violence. You have "GANGS and "SHOOTING" going on in there, all that is way too much for my children and I to see and hear in this subdivision. I Feel like I'm living up in the projects. Do not believe the advertisement in the Apartment Guide Book. Its all a "HOAX" There is NO LAUNDRY ROOM. Some apartments have hook ups. NO SECURITY CAMERA on the premises. But they do have a sign up saying they do.(LMAO). Oh Wait!! They have Courtesy Officers living on the site. That is another story. Management is FULL OF IT!! Make sure your get a "COPY" of your work order you put in with management. But they sure enjoy your money every month. They DO NOT LOOK OUT FOR THEIR TENANTS. Maintenance take forever to get to your apt to do work. Well I will let my pictures tell the rest. Enjoy the pictures. Its so sad that I can only add 6..They need to close these apartments down..By the way I was also they have another subdivision. So people please do your search well before moving. I'm out of here as soon as my least is up. "WARN" your friends and family about this place.

This property has never been condemed I dont know where you got this false information. I know the office staff and will make sure they take care of your requests please tell me your unit number and I will see that your issues are taken care of. Furthermore I'm sure they will release you from your lease if at that time you are still not satisfied.

MY RESPONCE IS FOR THE FEMALE THAT LEFT THE MESSAGE ABOUT STONE CREEK.I HAVE MANY QUESTIONS FOR YOU BUT I WOULD RATHER ASK ONE. IF THE APARTMENTS WERE SO BAD, WHY ARE YOU STILL THEIR? YOU COULD HAVE PACKED YOUR KIDS AS WELL AS YOURSELF UP AND MOVE TO A BETTER PLACE BECAUSE NO ONE CAN MAKE YOU STAY WHERE YOU ARE NOT COMFORTABLE NOT EVEN SECTION 8.I HAVE ALWAYS LEARNED THAT NO MATTER WHERE YOU RESIDE ITS NOT WHERE YOU LIVE ITS WHAT YOU MAKE OF IT.I AM TRYING TO FIGURE OUT WHAT TYPE OF PLACE YOU WANT UNDER 800.00.THE PROPERTY IS NOT WHAT YOU ARE TRYING TO MAKE IT.FOR THE AMOUNT THAT YOU AND I PAY FOR RENT THIS IS LIKE HEAVEN.THESE APARTMENTS WERE BUILT 1970/1980 AND YES OF COURSE SMALL THINGS DO GO WRONG, WHAT WOULDN'T AFTER TIME ANYBODY IN THEIR RIGHT MIND KNOW THAT.AS FAR AS GETTING THINGS DONE AROUND THE COMMUNITY EVERY THING TAKE TIME YOU JUST HAVE TO LEARN HOW TO BE PATIENT WHEN THINGS NEED FIXED IN MY HOME I KNOW I CANT CALL AND EXPECT THINGS TO HAPPEN AS SOON AS I HANG UP BECAUSE YOU HAVE TO THINK ABOUT THE PERSON THAT CALLED BEFORE YOU AND THAT IS CALLED BEING CONSIDERANT OF YOUR NEIGHBORS.MY OVERALL STAY HERE AT STONECREEK HAS BEEN A WONDERFUL AND PLEASANT STAY........

i lived in stonecreek a little while back and i enjoyed it sure it had its normal wear and tear but it wasnt violent and i didnt feel afraid she trippin

Haha its just hilarious how you talk about the place being so bad when mam you had your choices as soon as you arrived on the property,,,yeah theyre not gods gift on the outside but on the inside there very spacious!!! and of course you talk about maint. name one place you can stay where maint. wont be an issue things have there wear and tear....DUHHH!!!! nothings perfect!! and again the rates and prices of the apartment should tell you where your moving too!!!!
