The Pros Location Ample parking Many events and creative professionals True lofts Decent prices pretty good staff The cons True lofts = Bad leaks during heavy rain Maintence is sometimes slow. Theft Breakins (rare but do occur) You will never have a problem finding a place to park! They are now goin condo!! So if your looking to rent your out of luck.
