I have lived in Summer Terrace community for over 6 years. They have taken care of all of my needs when they have arisen. The management has increased the security of the property over the past few years to make sure tenants and guest to the neighborhood have a pleasant and quite community. This is a small complex of apartments, which makes it easier to meet you neighbors and create new friendships. During the summer months the pool scene is one of the best in town.
