i cannot tell you what a turn around summer villa has made in the last couple of months! the complex is awesome! the new team is warm welcoming and has a great attitude ...maintainence is just as friendley and can get service requests done just as quick as i call something in- even if it's something as little as putting up additional shelves or a filter change. they have a coffee shop in the complex and i think a spa is going up soon. if you visit don't forget to check out the five star restaurant in walking distance to the complex (they have great drink specials)! good luck on your search!
