Summer Villa

A wonderful home! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 10/1/2003 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2003   I moved into Summer Villa in June. I had previously lived in 2 other apartements in the Dunwoody area. The location is excellent. There are many places to walk, run, and excercise. The Perimeter Summit property is beautiful. There is access to I-285 in every direction and 400 is not far. My apartment is gorgeous! The interior hallways were a little weird to me at first, but now I love them. There is no trash in the hall and I rarely hear noise from outside my door. The main complaint I do have is one about residents who have decided that the parking garage should be used as Atlanta Motor Speedway! You must watch carefully, or you will be run over attempting to reach your apartment. Residents for the most part are very courteous except for the ones above me who like music a little too much. The leasing staff is helpful and accomodating. Overall, I think Summer Villa is an excellent home!
