Let me tell you my story. I moved in in April 2003. At first, it was a nice and peaceful place to live. Management was polite and helpful.
Then...their command changed with Shannon as the manager. As one may expect...yes, it got worse big time!
First and foremost, crime is eating this place. Cars in the garage get broken in, mail packages get stolen, clothes in the laundry get stolen, etc.
Secondly, management is very rude and bad tempered. You wil not get assistance from them whatsoever when you need it most. The worst thing is that they will avoid you in general and resolving your problem in particular.
Next, level of noise is outrageous around here.
In fact, I could go on forever!

Now, that was my experience. Perhaps, yours will be different. Good luck to you if you are settling for this place.
