I have been living at Summer Villa for the past year and have to say after living in Atlanta and in numerous apartment complexes over the past 6 years, Summer Villa is my favorite.

The staff, and, in particular, Shannon, the property manager, have gone above and beyond their responsibilities to make sure tenants are happy and satisfied.

Not only is the property well manicured, but the location is awesome and the staff is second to none.

And that includes maintenance.

They have always been responsive within 24 hours of a request.

I highly recommend this property to call home!
