Summer Villa

Definitely has its pluses From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/8/2004 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004   Having lived in 4 other apartment complexes in Atlanta (inclduing an extremely overpriced Post), I can say with confidence that my Summer Villa experience has been a positive one. Like EVERY complex in Atlanta, there are sometimes issues with theft, issues with noise, etc. However, I have found the SV staff to be extremely professional and accomodating. Repairs are made in a timely manner, noise complaints are dealt with promptly and professionally, and they even remember your birthday and leave a goody bag with balloons at your door! I also echo the sentiment that the location is fantastic. Easy to jump on 285 or 400, close to the malls, and yet you're not in danger of having your apartment face the parking deck or the GA 400 retaining wall (a la Post Stratford). Last, the apartments are relatively new (I am the first resident in mine and have been here for a little more than 2 years)and the grounds are well kept.
