Summer Villa to convert to condos

Summer Villa was sold in early August,
and the name changed to Villa Sonoma...

The complex was purchased with the intention
to convert to condos, and I was told that
leases are no longer being renewed.

Summer Villa has been a nice place to live,
with many nice touches such as elaborate crown moulding and glass block window facing the inner corridor.

An exception to that has been the noise thanks to thin walls, and
not so heavy duty floors.
